We're located on the road opposite Matalan, our address is - Unit 1, Bunting Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP32 7BX.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions at 06:00, 07:00, 08:00, 09:15, 10:15, 12:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00 and 19:00 every weekday, you can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.

Nope β€” everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 6 weeks.

If you’re working around an injury or dealing with an ongoing ailment, our expert coaches will adapt your training plan to keep you moving safely, effectively, and confidently. You’ll stay in control, stay progressing, and most importantly stay injury-free.
